To make your order possible you can simply add a small magnet or, if you do not need any extra product, you may add the gift wrapping option which is usually enough to reach the minimum.

If you're purchasing multiple items but only want some of them wrapped, please make sure to specify which ones in the order notes section at checkout. This helps us prepare your order exactly as you wish.

Please note that each individual gift wrap must be added separately to your cart, according to the number of distinct packages you'd like. This ensures that each selected item is wrapped appropriately and separately.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your souvenir, you can always return it to us.

You can return any product within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Just make sure the original bag and tag are intact and undamaged. Once we receive your return, most refunds are processed within 7 business days. We will either issue the refund to your original payment method or PayPal account.

Before making a return, please email us at support@belsuv.com. Returns sent without contacting us first or directly to the address on the package will not be accepted. We'll provide the correct return address once you reach out to us.
