Delivery Times

  • Portugal Mainland: Orders are delivered within 48 business hours.

  • Europe (EU countries only): Orders are delivered within a maximum of 5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or incidents caused by the carrier, which are outside of Belsuv’s control.

Carrier Information

All shipments are handled exclusively by CTT.
Once your order has been dispatched by Belsuv, any inquiries or issues related to delivery status should be addressed directly with the carrier.
If you are unable to resolve the matter with CTT, you may contact us at support@belsuv.com for further assistance.

Order Tracking

At the time of shipment, Belsuv will always provide you with a tracking code so you can follow your order. You can track the status of your order at any time through our tracking page here.

Shipping Destinations

Belsuv currently ships only to countries within the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery destination:

  • Portugal: €3.90

  • Spain: €4.90

  • Rest of the European Union: €5.90

Shipping costs may be waived and fully covered by Belsuv if the order total exceeds:

  • €25 for deliveries to Portugal and Spain.

  • €30 for deliveries to the rest of the European Union.
