Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

General return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Important: Do not send any items back without contacting us first at support@belsuv.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If any items arrive broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The notification must be sent by email and must include clear evidence (such as photos) showing the damage.

  • Once verified by the Belsuv team, if the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund without requiring you to return the broken items.

Returns for other reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons not related to an error or responsibility of Belsuv, the cost of return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Additionally, the original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@belsuv.com.
