TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These "Terms and Conditions of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") establish the rules for using the website belsuv.com (hereinafter referred to as the "website") and the contractual relationships between its users/customers (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "customers") and Belsuv, located at Alameda Um de Março n45 3F, 2300-431 Tomar, registered under the unique registration number 247403733, as an individual entity, with the email address support@belsuv.com.

By accessing the website, the user agrees to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions. The use and navigation of our site, user registration, completion of our forms, and/or provision of data directly or indirectly implies knowledge and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, immediately implying express acceptance of the processing of personal data.

USER REGISTRATION

To register on the website, you must use the "Log In" option and complete the requested information. The registration process is simple and intuitive, as we only collect the necessary details to identify, contact, and/or provide personalized customer service.

Upon entering the requested details for registration and submitting the request, you will receive an email to the address provided, allowing you to complete the registration process.

The website user is responsible for the access credentials to their account (username and password) to ensure the confidentiality of their data and should not share this information with third parties.

"MY ACCOUNT"

Through the "My Account" option, you can view or change your personal data, edit your contact list and addresses, check your orders, and/or change your password.

In case of misuse of the website, the company reserves the right to cancel the user’s registration, as well as cancel any ongoing orders.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The product photos presented on the website are merely illustrative and do not form part of any contract.

As for the descriptions, specifications, and other details of our partners’ and/or suppliers' products, the company declines all responsibility regarding the validity and completeness of their content.

Since the data entered on the website is based on information provided to the company by its suppliers, we strive to ensure no typographical and/or calculation errors.

PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the website are exclusive and in Euros, including taxes. Delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products and final value. Additional transportation, delivery, postal, and/or other fees may apply.

RETURNS

The online return period is set at  14 days from the date of product delivery. Please note that products must be new and complete as received and must be returned in their original condition.

This right of return is only accepted for products in their original and complete condition and in perfect condition. Note that products returned incomplete, damaged, and/or used will not be accepted. Products must be sent in their original packaging in good condition. Upon receipt of the product at our facilities, the company will assess the situation accordingly.

Additionally, if you wish to cancel the purchase (terminate the contract) after the product has been delivered, you have 5 (five) calendar days to notify the brand of your withdrawal, without needing to state a reason. This period begins from the date the product was delivered to you. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the appropriate form to support@belsuv.com, and the company will acknowledge receipt of your email, or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company’s registered office. You have 5 (five) days from the date of communicating your decision to terminate the contract to return or deliver the product to the brand (at its headquarters), bearing the return costs (including postal charges if this is your delivery option). To return the order, please contact the brand via email at info@belsuv.com, and they will provide guidance on the steps to follow to complete the process.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the product is returned on time, the company will endeavor to refund the amounts paid within 5 (five) days. The refund will be made in the same way the payment was made. The shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded, as they are outside the scope of the service contracted with the company.

Any package received without sender identification or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

Portuguese law applies to all matters governed by these Terms and Conditions.

The brand is not responsible for delays and/or non-compliance due to force majeure, including public disorder, partial or total strikes, events that affect the operation or performance (including delays) of postal services, transportation or communication, floods, fires, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, wars, pandemics.

The brand is not responsible for any indirect damage, including loss of operation, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, or fees arising from purchasing any product presented on the website, nor for any loss of profit or consequential damage related to any purchase made on the website that, for any reason, cannot be delivered in accordance with the order.

The website is exclusively directed at end consumers and not professionals.
